The joy of a great meal with friends paired with the exquisite wine from Italy and the food designed and developed by my best friend. It doesn’t get better than this when it comes to a culinary experience.

I give you the pairing and each plate for the food porn enthusiast in you and me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

At ease (Day Eighteen: Edge)

Lonely hammocks by the river

Resting while we wait for our food that never came, but this was so nice that we didn’t get mad, we just went to another restaurant. Curious how we behave and react when we are on vacation. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nutrition (Day Eight: Natural World)

Baby guanabana

I felt in love with the appearance of this baby guanabana, which is about the size of a baseball or tennis ball.

I loved the concentric orientation that show us where it all starts: how the tree creates its produce and provides it with its meat and nutrients; taking from its environment and feeding it to the fruit until it is full grown, about the size of a basketball.

The next pic is how it looks full grown. Here we have also awesome leading lines from the branches and how the tree decided to thread them in order to support its produce. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Full grown guanabana

From the shadows (Day Five: Solitude)

It is cold here.

You can decide to go to the first line of trees and pick up oranges; or to the second line of trees and trek for a while under the hot sun and the cold breeze. That was the day before; this day, we chose to stay chilly under the shadow of this mango tree reading and resting. ๐Ÿ˜‰

How does solitude look to you?

Paper Alley (Day Four: Bliss)

Paper alley

Bliss is to get the chance to be in this bookstore: a house full of used books. The possibilities are… well, not endless, but it feels that way.

It is very far from where we live, so every few years we make an effort to come here andย lose ourselves in this collection of portals that will take you into different worlds. I got 24 portals for the next few years and I couldn’t be happier. ๐Ÿ˜‰
